Their product, the Packwise Smart Cap, creates a digital twin of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and uses state-of-the-art geopositioning, fill level, connectivity, and ultra-low power energy consumption technologies. To provide a location position with an accuracy of +/- 20 meters both indoors and outdoors, they use several Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) along with a movement sensor. Galileo data is used for the positioning, and Global Positioning System (GPS) and GLONASS supplement its findings. Then, on the Packwise Flow platform you can see parameters such as temperature and movement, but also gain access to optimisation suggestions, such as accelerated retrieval and intelligent warehouse management solutions. This empowers companies to reduce costs, develop new business models and reduce their carbon footprint.
